1. IN PERSON
Come to the Continuing Education Registration Office in the Langley Township Building, Suite 305, 20338 65th Avenue, Langley, (across the street from Walmart and London Drugs). You may register using cash, cheque, Visa, or Mastercard. Office hours are 9:00 am until 7:30* pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 am until 1:30 pm on Fridays.
* NOTE: Our office closes at 5:00 pm beginning December 1st..
2. BY TELEPHONE
Give us your Visa or Mastercard number and we will register you in the course of your choice. Space in class cannot be reserved without payment. Phone us after 9:30 am at 604-533-4227 or 604-856-4447. Your receipt will be available at your first class.
3. BY FAX
It is possible to register for the course of your choice by faxing 604-533-4237. Use the registration form on the following page. Be sure to include your address, home phone number, return fax number, and the course of your choice, along with your Visa or Mastercard number. Credit card information must accompany your transmission in order to reserve a space in class. Due to heavy volume during registration, fax registrations are not confirmed at the time of registration. If space in class is unavailable or there are any other problems, you will be notified by our office. Fax registrations are processed concurrently with mail-in and telephone registrations beginning on the first day of registration. Depending on the volume of registrations being received, your fax registration may not be processed at the exact time at which it was sent.
4. BY MAIL
Complete the registration form and mail it with your cheque, money order, or credit card number for the course fee to:

All courses are subject to GST. Academic courses and some vocationally-oriented courses may be tax exempt.
Community Education Services Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel classes if instructors or facilities are unavailable or if there is insufficient enrolment. Full refunds will be given to those whose classes are cancelled by Continuing Education.
If Continuing Education cancels a course for any reason, full refunds will be issued to all students. A 15 percent transaction fee will be deducted from refunds given to persons who withdraw from a course. Refund requests for all Saturday, one-day courses must be received by the Thursday prior to the Saturday course. Cancellation and refund requests for all other courses must be received at least 24 hours before the course start date. Students wishing to withdraw from a multi-session course, once it has started, must do so in writing, stating reason for withdrawal, prior to the second class. No refunds will be issued after the second class. Please note that there are specific cancellation policies for all Red Cross first aid courses and for Well Seasoned cooking courses which both require 48 hours cancellation notice before the starting date.
There will be a service charge of $25 levied against all cheques returned as NSF.
To reduce costs, no confirmation of enrolment will be sent to you. Please mark your calendar! If a course is cancelled or postponed for any reason, our office will contact you.
